I mentioned that during Hurricane Irene the Girls and I worked on some cardboard mushrooms – and they turned out so cute I just have to share them! Each one unique – just like the real mushrooms we have seen on our walks in the woods. We have enjoyed spotting mushrooms very much and I love that it has inspired these little painted mushrooms. I made them from a cereal box (out of our recycling bin) and the Girls coloured them with pencils and water colour paints. Not sure what we are going to do with them, but I will be sure to share the results when the product surfaces!
